In 1975, NORO Management was founded in Atlanta, Georgia as the real estate investment company of the John A. Fentener van Vlissingen family office based in Zeist, the Netherlands. While NORO had a long history of large mixed-use joint venture projects throughout the country, today it solely focuses on the Southeastern region of the United States. The company’s philosophy is based on its commitment to produce consistent, long term value enhancement through cash flow growth and capital appreciation.
