225 Ottley Drive is one of five buildings that is Armour Yards, a creative work community that is home to an assortment of tenants and industries. Parallel to Interstate-85, Highway 13 connects 225 Ottley Drive to Lindbergh, Buckhead, and Midtown neighborhoods. NORO, along with its partner, Parkside Partners, purchased a 53,000 square foot industrial building on 2.5 acres, along with an adjacent underdeveloped 1.5 acre parcel. The partnership converted the industrial property into a creative office property. It sold the property and land parcel to two individuals three years after purchasing.
